How to Assign a Property to Multiple Active Campaigns

You can easily search for a property and assign it to one or more active campaigns from the property search page. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Property Search Page

1. Navigate to the “Property Search” page in the left navigation menu.

2. Click on “Search Properties”.

Step 2: Locate and Select the Property

1. Use the search bar to enter a suburb, region, postcode or state.

2. Select the search from the dropdown options.

3. Apply any filters to narrow down the search results, & click “Search“.

4. Once the results load, find the property you want to assign.

5. Click the “Assign Deal” button on the property card.

Step 3: Assign to Active Campaigns

1. After selecting the property, a pop-up will appear.

2. From the campaign dropdown list, select one or more active campaigns to assign the property to. Active campaigns.

3. Click “Assign” to complete the action.

The property will now be linked to the selected active campaigns. You can verify this by visiting the Campaign details page for each campaign.

Note: If you encounter any issues or don’t see your campaigns listed, ensure they are active and not archived or scheduled for the future. For further assistance, contact our support team.
